master365 Terms & Conditions —
Your Rights and Obligations as a Pakistan Player

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "master365" or "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the master365 platform, accessible at master365.pro.
• "Platform" refers to the master365 website, mobile application, and all associated services including the casino, sports betting, cockfighting, and slots products.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers and uses a master365 account.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the master365 Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which master365 accounts are denominated.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR balance held within a Player's master365 Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any PKR amount staked on any game, market, or event offered by master365.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional PKR credits awarded to a Player by master365 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC document verification and selfie confirmation required under master365's compliance obligations.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions as updated from time to time.

To open and use a master365 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. master365 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 18. Proof of age may be required at any time.
• You are a resident of Pakistan or otherwise permitted by applicable law to access the master365 Platform.
• You are registering a master365 Account in your own name using accurate, complete, and current personal information.
• You hold a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), which you consent to providing for KYC verification.
• You are acting as a private individual, not as a commercial agent, business entity, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a master365 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

master365 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an Account at any time if it reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria are not met. Decisions on account eligibility are made at master365's sole discretion and are final.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your master365 login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

master365 will never ask for your password via Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. Any communication purporting to request your password is fraudulent — report it to our 24/7 English support team immediately.

• You must notify master365 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• master365 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all master365 Accounts and is strongly recommended. Activating 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your Pakistan mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times.
• master365 may carry out identity verification checks at any time. Failure to cooperate with these checks may result in Account suspension.

Your master365 Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any rights connected to it is prohibited.

All monetary transactions on the master365 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). master365 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.

Accepted Deposit Methods: NayaPay, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, SadaPay, HBL internet banking, MCB internet banking, UBL internet banking, and other Pakistan commercial banks supported at master365's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and Account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your master365 Wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. master365 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 PKR. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for verified Accounts. Withdrawal requests from Accounts with pending KYC documentation will be held until verification is complete.
• master365 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals of 500,000 PKR or above.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once cannot be withdrawn without prior approval. This is an anti-money-laundering measure and is non-negotiable.
• master365 does not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — these are your sole responsibility.

All games available on the master365 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

• Bets are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the master365 system. No bet may be cancelled or altered after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a round, master365 will apply a void settlement where no clear result can be determined. Staked amounts are returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Winning bets are credited to your Wallet automatically upon round settlement. Settlement times depend on the game provider's integration.
• master365 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game, market, or event. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access to parts of the Platform.
• Jackpot pools displayed on the Platform are indicative and may differ from the final awarded amount where a network jackpot is shared across multiple platforms.
• Odds and lines for sports betting and cockfighting markets are subject to change without notice prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds displayed at confirmation are locked.
• In-play betting markets are subject to acceptance delays. master365 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets in the event of significant information becoming available during the event.

The outcomes of all certified random number generator (RNG) games on master365 are determined by independently audited software. Live dealer game outcomes are generated in real physical studios operated by certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Asia Gaming, and BBIN. master365 has no ability to influence or pre-determine any game outcome.

master365 offers various promotions and bonuses to Pakistan Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also known as a playthrough requirement) before they may be withdrawn as real PKR. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to a designated Bonus Wallet, separate from your real-money Wallet balance, until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any time unless otherwise specified by master365 in writing.
• Free spin prizes are issued in PKR equivalent at the fixed value stated in the promotion terms and are subject to the same wagering requirements as other bonus funds.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. master365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and reverse any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or through any form of exploitation.
• master365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• VIP programme rewards, cashback credits, and tier-based benefits are governed by the master365 VIP Programme Terms, which supplement these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the master365 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Registering or operating more than one master365 Account, whether under your own details or the details of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any master365 employee to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus offers or free bet credits across multiple accounts or platforms (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering — using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds of illicit origin.
• Using another person's payment method, Wallet, or funds to make deposits or withdrawals without the explicit authorisation of both master365 and the payment method owner.
• Engaging in any conduct that master365 reasonably believes is intended to defraud master365, its payment providers, or any other Player.

master365 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Suspected prohibited conduct is logged and may be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

master365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistan Players. We take our duty of care seriously and make the following tools available to every registered Player, free of charge and accessible at all times from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week, or month. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at customisable intervals to remind you of time spent on the Platform during any single session.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net balance change.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen period of 1 day to 30 days. You may not log in or place bets during a cool-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your Account for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed within the elected period.

master365 also reserves the right, at its own discretion, to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, even where the Player has not requested such restrictions.

All content on the master365 Platform — including but not limited to the master365 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software code, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of master365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any master365 Platform content without prior written consent from master365.
• Screen recording, broadcasting, or streaming of live dealer content from master365 without express written authorisation from master365 and the relevant studio provider is prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to master365 regarding the Platform become the property of master365 and may be used without compensation or attribution to you.

master365's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the master365 website. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data-related commitments from master365:

• Your CNIC details, Pakistan mobile number, and financial transaction data are held securely with 256-bit encryption and access controls.
• master365 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Data is shared with payment processors (NayaPay, JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.) only to the extent necessary to process your transactions.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by master365, subject to our legal retention obligations.
• master365 may be required to disclose your information to regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law — including in response to AML investigations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, master365's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — is limited to the PKR balance of your master365 Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

• master365 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
• master365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access and accept no liability for downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control.
• master365 accepts no liability for failures or delays caused by your internet service provider, Pakistan network infrastructure, device hardware, or third-party payment provider systems.
• master365 is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party game providers whose titles are accessible through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits master365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by master365's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms by closing the master365 Account, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may close your master365 Account at any time by contacting 24/7 English support. Any real-money Wallet balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any active withdrawal holds.
• Closure by master365: master365 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
• In the event of Account closure by master365 for breach of these Terms, any Wallet balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraudulent conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.
• On termination for any reason, your licence to use the master365 Platform is revoked with immediate effect.

master365 is committed to resolving all Player complaints and disputes fairly and promptly. Our complaints procedure is as follows:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact master365's 24/7 English support team via Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or by emailing [email protected]. Provide your username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial support response, request escalation to a senior complaints handler. Escalated complaints will receive a written resolution within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied following Step 2, you may refer the matter to master365's licensing jurisdiction's regulatory body, as detailed in your written Step 2 resolution letter.

In all disputes relating to the outcome of any game or sporting event, the master365 system records are the definitive record. Where a clear discrepancy exists between the Player's recollection and the system record, the system record prevails. All game outcome decisions are final.

master365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by:

• Displaying a prominent notice on the master365 Platform for a period of at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
• Sending a notification to your registered email address or Pakistan mobile number where technically feasible.

Your continued use of the master365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which master365 holds its operating licence.

You agree that, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 13, the courts of master365's licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. However, master365 also reserves the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you are resident, including Pakistan, where it determines it necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Pakistan.
